Settling in Winter Garden, they stumbled upon Matthews Steakhouse, captivated by its quaint elegance and small-town charm. With backgrounds in various facets of the restaurant industry, including Eddie's training as a chef and sommelier rooted in Italy, they saw an opportunity to infuse their passion for hospitality into this beloved establishment.
